The scent never arrived, complained and told another had been sent which also hasn't arrived. Lack of communication, this company have zero customer service skills, should have done all they can to ensure I received my order. They are now ghosting me since my last communication. I want compensation. They have failed to deliver goods paid for which is a breach of the contract entered into after my purchase. This breaches statutory rights and I will be pursuing a claim against Subscents. AVOID THIS COMPANY
